Remember to read comments on photos.

For some reason, I never thought to go back and see if there were any comments on my photos.

There are comments dated back 5 + years ago, that I never knew were there.

Some of you Gather members will be getting responses that are 5 + years late. LOL

It's never too late. :) Thanks for letting us know. Personally, I have all my notifications turned on, so the moment someone comments on anything of mine, I get a message.

I used to... But there came a time when there was a big glitch and my inbox would be filled with sometimes up to 100 notifications off of one post. Try multiplying that by 20 + posts a day, which I was doing back then.

I tried letting Gather know, but they were so slow in responding. The only way I could get it to stop was to shut off all my responses. I have yet to go back and turn them on.

I have too much mail in my inbox as it is, so I am going to leave it the way it is and just try to remember...

I realized that a few weeks back myself. I commented on comments from years ago. It will take awhile to get through them all.

Delayed gratification is one reason for Switzerland's success so it should also work for Gather! In some cases with my posts, those comments were the first ones I got, so I DEFINITELY appreciate them. It helps us rediscover forgotten beauty and wonders. Thanks for posting this!

I get notice in my email when someone comments on my content---not that that matters much most of the time though because I have over 211,000 emails in my gmail so I've missed a lot of them!

I always get the e-mails telling me about the comments, so I can easily see them.

Lol, its never too late. I've had people comment on stuff from over a year ago and I responded just recently.
